how do I order?

please DM us on Instagram @fuzzl.tw to order. There are a few shipping options: shopee (蝦皮) or 7-11 賣貨便. Both of these methods ship to convenience stores, and support paying at your neighborhood convenience store's counters. Feel free to contact us directly for instructions!
how do I wash the crochet pieces?

gently hand-wash the pieces with cold water and cold wash detergent to prevent shrinking.
how long will my order take?

since alll items are handmade, it will take around 2-3 days for us to complete smaller orders. for orders with made-to-order items like tops, it will take around 5-7 days. we will work as quickly as we can to send out the packages on time!
